With over 15 years of professional experience, she has developed her career in leading law firms and multinational companies, including the Corporate Tax Advisory Department of Ernst & Young Spain (Madrid), Azcona y Asociados, and Intertrust Spain.

Alix specializes in international tax advice for investment funds, multinational groups, national companies, and individual clients, both residents and non-residents, including expatriates. Her professional practice encompasses the preparation of tax reports, tax planning and optimization, as well as advice on all taxes within the Spanish tax system (VAT, Personal Income Tax, Corporate Income Tax, Wealth Tax, Inheritance Tax, Property Transfer Tax, among others).

She also has extensive experience in the preparation and filing of tax returns, as well as in assisting with tax audits and proceedings. She is bilingual in French and has a high level of English, enabling her to provide advice in international contexts.

In addition to her extensive professional experience, she has prepared for the competitive examinations for the senior civil service, providing her with a solid foundation and a comprehensive understanding of the law.

Luisa practices as a general practice lawyer, specializing in civil and commercial law, offering comprehensive advice to both companies and individuals. She also has extensive experience in litigation, providing legal representation before courts and tribunals.

She is bilingual in French and has a high level of English, enabling her to provide advice in international contexts.

Cristina holds a law degree from the Complutense University of Madrid. She has a Master’s degree specializing in Criminal Law from the CEIJ (Center for Legal Studies and Research) and has completed a course in forensic practice related to juvenile cases offered by the Madrid Bar Association (ICAM).

She is a practicing lawyer with the ICAM and is a member of the legal aid roster for criminal cases. She has over 15 years of professional experience, primarily in national law firms and multinational companies, including Deloitte (a Big Four firm).

She teaches at Schools of Legal Practice in criminal law and specializes in general criminal law, white-collar crime, and civil law.
